Electroglass® Control Panels

Stainless steel control panels with 2 or 3 SCR
power controllers - One for each Starbar^®
Three phase - 208 to 480 volts or
Single phase - 240 volts

Standard or custom control systems can be sold separately to efficiently power your own electric furnaces, glory holes and annealers. They can easily be converted from single phase to three phase, and panels with two power controllers can be upgraded to panels with three SCR's.

Complete systems are pre-wired to the element connection safety cover box, and include the failsafe furnace door sensor that removes power from the elements when the door is open, and the thermocouple with easy plug-in cable.

The temperature controller is the Honeywell UDC 3300, which comes preprogrammed for furnace start up, as well as  the batch fining profile.
